Sendanimal.com is a website you can use to send a collectible animal figure and custom message to a person. You simply select the animal and enter the message you want to send with it. The you enter the recipient's information and pay through a secure website (paypal). Once the order is received, we print your custom message on a card, package it with the animal you selected, and send it out to the recipient. All orders are sent in a box and shipped via USPS first class mail.
Orders take 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination. We cannot guarantee a certain day on which the package is to arrive, so please order accordingly.
After you select your animal and enter all the required information, you select Submit. That will take you to a secure paypal website where you can pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
You enter the message you would like to include. The message is printed on a card and placed in the box with the item. The font of the message is automatically resized to appear nicely on the message card. You can enter any message you want, as long as it is under 200 characters.
No. We only send one item in one box. If you want to send more than one item, you will have to place separate orders.
Yes. The recipient will only see the message you enter for the message card. So if you do not want the recipient to know who the animal is from, do not enter your name on the message card.
Items may be returned within 15 days for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Email us to request a return authorization number and return shipping address.
Items can be sent to any address in the United States.
